I love this Dominican restaurant! The food is fresh, the portions are perfect and the flavor is authentically good. I love the variety of options on the hot bar. It’s not fancy but it feels like a visit to your parent’s comfortable home. They offer fantastic value for the prices. Unlike Versace, it is not overpriced. Definitely my favorite Dominican spot.

Great food and people, just came back from AIT. And did not disappoint for my first time coming here. Food is authentic and smells so nostalgic once you come in. Very cozy and small area to work with but they make it work! I’m not Dominican but it taste exactly like my moms cooking, if that tells you the heart put into this place. Would recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a warm, homey place to eat.

Food is always really good! Service was great. If you like loud latin music then you'll love the cozy atmosphere! And when weather permits you can sit outside. My family's favorite dishes are mofongo (ripped and green plantains) with garlic shrimp, churasco with rice and beans, bistec ensebollado, fried red snapper, pollo milanes, tostones, yuca frita, and their chimi sauce on everything! Oh and a morir soñando on the side! Sooooo good!

I’ve been coming to El Fogón Dominicano for 6 years and it has never disappointed me. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent! They have an all-day buffet where you can choose one meat, one side, and a salad — all for a ridiculously cheap price. It’s a perfect option to eat well without breaking the bank! The mofongos are absolutely amazing, and if you’re Dominican (or just love good Dominican food), this place will make you feel right at home. My only complaint is that they don’t have a location in Marietta
